At Gaggia North America, we want you to be fully satisfied with your espresso experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

Pack with Care

Place the item in its original retail packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a tracked shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to ensure it is in new, resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable shipping fees.
